Don't mind the mess!

We decided to paint over Memorial Day weekend. Wow! What a project. I took these this morning even though the house wasn't clean because I know some of you are dying to see the colors. Enjoy!

Geocaching

Here is the boys adventure geocaching! These are their best friends. Our little friends dad, has really become interested in this new hobby. He has taken the boys several times "hunting for treasure!" They love to get outside and they also love that they find a new toy in the treasure box. Usually they take an old McDonalds toy or something small and they exchange their for something that someone else had left. Maybe we'll have to get into this new hobby!

Sunday Morning

We have had so much fun over the Easter Weekend. The boys had tons of fun on their egg hunt. They made the comment, "The Easter Bunny didn't hide the eggs very well- they are all over the lawn!" Maya had fun but wasn't interested in finding the eggs. She just screamed and laughed as her brothers scrambled and dived off the trampoline to get to any flash of color on the lawn.

The most facinating thing that the Easter Bunny left this year was money in the eggs!! He had dollar coins and change of all sort so the boys could save their money and buy some Ben 10 toys. On Monday, their first comment was, "Can we go to the store now to buy our toys?" We are trying to teach them the principle of money. It is hard sometimes, but I hope it pays off in the future.

Also- here is everyone's favorite Easter festivity....taking pictures. Poor Maya did not want to wear her hat. The boys were high on candy after church so it was hard for them to sit still. At least I made it into one. (That doesn't happen very often)

Easter Fun!

We have Ryan's family visiting for the Holiday Weekend. Brenda and I did some shopping! (Yeah....great to get out of the house w/0 the kids). We had a great lunch at Cracker Barrell and came home stuffed. (Our stomachs and our bags) While Maya took a nap, we colored some eggs with the boys. Our only mishap was when Evan spilled one of the cups. He survived, however, I think his play shirt with have a slight orange stain where it spilled.

Ryan's mom was awarded for working 25 years at Legacy Emanuel Childrens Hospital in Portland, OR. Go Brenda!!!!

Also, a few weeks ago Ryan and Maya flew to Portland. Maya has a hard time warming up to both of her Grandma's, but she loves her Uncle Brandon!

We're up and running again!

Hey there family and friends. I am going to try and keep this more up to date and post on it more often. I locked many of you out with a password, so we will try it again this time. The family has been sick, so hopefully tomorrow we will feel better and I can work a little more and post some pictures. See ya!
